Winter retreat day

Treat yourself to a lovely day of yoga and relaxation. We will take a journey through the Koshas, using a mixture of asana (postures) and movement, breath work, meditation and journalling. The day will be brought to a close with a yummy yin and Yoga Nidra practice.

The retreat day will be held at Sunrise Yoga Studio - a beautiful converted barn in the rural setting of Wakefield Courtyard, Potterspury - just a few miles from Milton Keynes. For SatNav systems, please enter the postcode NN12 7QX, and access the courtyard from the A5 at Potterspury, opposite the Super Sausage. There is ample free parking on site.

There will be hot drinks available throughout the day, as well as some yummy sweet treats. You will just need to bring your own light lunch and a bottle of water.

I will provide any blocks/bricks and straps needed for your practice, however you will need to bring your own mat (reach out if you do not have one as I have some spares), plus a bolster and/or cushions and blankets for relaxation. You may also like to bring a notebook and pen with you for the journalling practices.

You can arrive from 9.30am to get yourselves in and settled for a 10am start.
